Abstract: Holiday is a utility program which makes it easy for a system manager to define holidays on his/her VMS system. This may be useful for automated batch jobs which need to perform additional processing or omit certain processing on company or school holidays. Holiday defines a system-wide logical name SYS$HOLIDAY to be true or false based on whether or not the current day has been designated as a holiday.
